DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They started strong on a bathroom remodel, completing the demolition quickly. After that there was minimal communication, missed deadlines, they broke my faucets, left the vanity half assembled, installed the sinks improperly, made a mess of the grout and sealant throughout the bathroom, left walls they damaged unrepaired, and wired an electrical outlet backwards, creating a fire hazard. We recently had our kitchen remodeled and overall, we had a good experience. The price was reasonable and Crystal was wonderful to work with. The crew was incredibly hardworking and efficient. They completed the job quickly, and we love our new kitchen. Just something to be aware of going in, the company said they do not paint for any of their projects, so you will have to hire someone else to paint after the fact if you are doing a complete remodel like we were. Proceed with caution when considering this company if you care about long-term quality, accountability, or professionalism. Two years ago, we hired them for a remodel to remove a small wall between our kitchen and dining room. Before starting, my wife and I specifically asked whether the wall was load-bearing and if any support would be needed.
