I bought a 2005 Lexus RX330 back in October of 2020 and have had zero issues 2 years later. It has been one of the best and reliable cars I have owned. I drive 120 miles every day for work. Bought it at 209k miles; now has 274.5k. Got the title 3-4 weeks after purchase. Additionally, the day I test drove it, I could tell the AC motor was going in and out. I paid for a one year warranty and it covered completely to have it replaced almost immediately after purchase. Truly 5 star experience with Kasey. Good family business.
SCAM ALERT: If you care about your money you’re better off not giving it to this business. I bought a car from them and the engine blew up after 1 month!! Called Scott to discuss what happened, he pretended not to be Scott and said wrong number. Called him from another number and he thought I’m one of his buddies and when I confronted him, he said “I get a lot of scam calls”, yeah Right! I was happy to do business with 5k Auto at the beginning of May. My husband’s truck had been totaled and we were in quite the pinch, and pressed for time as he relied on his truck for his business. Our vehicle purchase with Kasey was a quick and easy process- seemed like a perfect deal. However since then, both myself and my financial institution have been trying for months to get in touch with Kasey regarding the missing title for my vehicle.
