I just have to say. My brother lives here and it's properties like this that make me wonder why I ever bought a house! It's so clean, completey amazing living space and the staff, they are probably the nicest people I have ever met. I recommend this property to anyone that can pay their bills on time and wants an awesome place to call home. Just impressed!!!

Really enjoyed the 18 months I lived here. Apartments are nice (probably the nicest in Stillwater) and well maintained. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Best part is it's AWAY from campus so you don't have to deal with a bunch of obnoxious college students. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the carpet (or carpet pad) is very unforgiving. This becomes a problem when you are on a lower floor as you can hear a lot of the noise from above you. Even worse: you could be stuck below a herd o elephants playing soccer f... read more
Plan on not getting your deposit back and getting additional bills after you move out. It doesn't matter how great a condition you leave the apartment in. We even documented the messy carpet and other issues when we moved in still got billed for all of them.
