Visited for the first time this past week and absolutely loved it! Great food and vibe- an absolute gem for Concrete! We will be back for sure!
So excited to find this place!! We were on our way to a hike when I noticed the sign. Everything is totally gluten free and absolutely incredible. I'm a celiac and haven't had a cinnamon roll in about 7 years. It was amaazzinnngg. So excited!! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I found this gem on our journey through the Cascades. I felt as if I had died and gone to heaven. As a celiac gal, I miss all the yummy treats I used to eat and I have yet to perfect some of my old recipes as gluten free ones. 5b's has an amazing atmosphere, super friendly staff, and the best gluten free food that I have eaten in the last 8 years. I love their entire buy local and make it from scratch philosophy! I wish there was a 5b's in Maryland!

We make a trip up there for bread every few months to stock the freezer. No other gf compares! Love 5b's!

Wow! We had a cinnamon roll and a hand pie and took a doughnut and cookies for the road. All were yummy.
1st visit over the weekend. Everything was delicious and the 2 working Sunday were just as lovely! Love the family, work and local ethic that continues in this family.
