Wow, what a great place. We were on our way to Mount Baker for a hike and decided to stop in Concrete for a coffee. Little did we know it’s all gluten free!! My husband was thrilled, as he is gluten intolerant. There’s a wide assortment of muffins, treats and food platters. Stop by, you will be glad you did.
We don't usually eat gluten free but love a good breakfast. 5b's did a great job feeding us before our bike hike.

Not what you’re expecting from a 100% gluten free bakery. Start off by saying I would live here if I could. The staff are super friendly and are genuinely excited to work here. The atmosphere is fun and social and diverse. All the food is fantastic although I have a lot of trouble ordering anything but the chicken bacon focaccia everyday.
