RecommendedThe family and I passed through town when I had a chocolate craving. We spotted this bakery and bought a number of items not realizing they were gluten free. You will absolutely not be able to tell that these aren't made with wheat flour. We live in Seattle and have so many bakery options here, but 5b's blows all of them out of the water.
I would recommend the following: the Brioche Bread, Pumpernickel bread, Waffles, Graham Crackers, Chicken Pot Pie, all Hand Pies, lemon loaf, Pecan Buns, Bread cubes, Bread crumbs, pie crusts (for my own gf pies!) Pizza. Also Breakfast off the menu at 5b's.
Everything, especially the sticky buns
Just had a gluten free breakfast sandwich from the Whidbey Coffee stand in Burlington. It was REALLY good! Thanks 5Bs for providing the best GF buns!
