5/7/2023 UPDATE: I came back again as of Sunday. Did another tour as I'm planning to rent this place since I had a great experience but the units lack a lot of amenities compared to modern apartments that are in the same price range. Starting with the AC thermostat being the old manual kind from the 1990s instead of using Google nest or wi-fi based app thermostat. Thomas is a great property manager, I was late on the getting the application out there and missed the opportunity of a good price for a studio in Hollywood. He managed to reach out to me immediately to make sure everything was alright but Unfortunately I found another location but he was very kind, informative, was able to answer all the questions and fine details about the history of the property, location, previous issues and improvements, surrounding neighborhood and safety that are important for new applicants like me. ... read more
The walls and roof top are so thin that I hear noises from AC and cars all the time and can’t sleep at all. It’s ridiculous that I paid such a high price for this poor quality of the building!
