good for what you pay I liked living here for the most part. It was clean and felt safe most days. There were many occasions where trash was left in the trash room and it would smell really bad in the halls or people broke in the garage and stole wheels. They did listen to my suggestion of adding cameras, but i’ve heard that the cameras don’t work and are there for show. I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here. I will and have referred people to move it. I am so grateful beyond measures. Everyone is nice and welcomed me with open arms. It' a big family here. That' what I truly love about this place.
Pretty good experience so far My boyfriend and I have been living here since March. Coronavirus has limited many of the amenities, which sucks. It would be nice if they could give a small credit/refund because of that, but I guess that would be laughable to expect. Overall, we are happy and would recommend this complex. Pros: -area is nice for walking outdoors with my dog -apartment finishes are nice-looking, love the layout -we feel very safe/secure. This place is... (Verified Renter) This place is SO much nicer than our old apartment, we have so much more room, and the price is so reasonable! We also love living in a smaller community.

I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend these apartments for too the amount of street noise from Almeda. The new staff is no where near as responsive and friendly as Yessica was. The hallway carpets were not cleaned enough.

She is very happy to be enjoying a wonderful location, the new yoga class schedule, the safety and awesome caring of all the Almeda Personnel. I have an excuse to be invited by my daughter to enjoy some weekend and enjoy great memorable moments at Lincoln Apartments' Almeda Location and a Global Community of Residents from all around the world. I think this... (Verified Renter) I think this apartment is in a safe location with easy access to many parts of the Houston area including Hermann Park. However the rate is steep and for this reason I would hesitate to recommend this apartment to others.
