Passing through on our way back to Houston from a vacation in Santa Fe. We requested VEGAN pizza, and they made an absolutely delicious SQUILLACE no-cheese pizza! I recommend this pizzeria for any vegan. Their sauce does not contain cheese and their dough does not contain milk protein (whey).

Very little food in Amarillo impresses. 575 does. It's consistently solid pizza. It's waaaay too expensive. But if you gotta have good pie you gotta have good pie. Waddaya gonna do?
