Good location, decent apartment and facilities. Has a major structural problem with thin floors which I wasn’t told about before I moved in. Can hear upstairs neighbors moving about, downstairs neighbor bangs on ceiling almost every time I do normal things like walk and practice yoga. The property managers take up every complaint from the neighbor, harass me for no fault of mine (other than using living space normally) and yet do nothing when I complain about noise. The fire alarm low battery alert has been beeping loudly every 30 seconds for three weeks. The management has been apathetic and has not taken measures to proactively fix them. The apartment building is unlivable at this time.
