We've been here for a few months now and absolutely love it. The office, maintenance, and cleaning teams are great. Huge shoutout to Paula and Jemaine. Apartments are spacious, we have a great view, noise isn't a problem, the hallways are super clean, amenities are 10/10, and there's street parking in the neighborhood. Definitely a gem of a spot.
As another person posted These people discriminate 100% I lost thousands of dollars and am homeless after moving out of my unit once I was approved for this unit per manager Ashely, only to have my application denied by Denae two months later. Oddly enough Denae was never able to help when Ashley would go missing not returning calls or emails during conversations but when the unit was approved by HACLA magically Denae was able to assist in denying my already approved application.
