How is it on a Saturday night (tonight) at 5:30 when there might be five tables with people at them, you don’t have room for two people that want to have dinner untill 9 o’clock at night? That would mean you never take in any walk in customers? Where is your balance? Who in their right mind develops new clientele this way?
