My husband and I lived there for over two years and had a great experience. The only downside was the loud noise from the pool area, since our balcony faced the pool and people often partied there with speakers allowed. Keep that in mind if you need a quiet space. Other than that, we never had any issues with the apartment. Everything was fairly new, and the maintenance team was excellent.
Ruth consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Whether it’s helping answering questions, or just being available when someone needs assistance, she handles it all with such professionalism and smile.
Outside of building smells like urine esp near entrances.
We moved two months into the building and we love it. Michael and Ruth were great with the application and move in process. Angel at maintenance has been amazing! He was very responsive when we made a request. Cannot rave enough of the service.
