Just wanted to give a kudos to Angel who works with the maintenance team- he and his colleagues are outstanding and super professional and do a great job. I had some issues with my dryer and he not only personally ensured it was take care of but he stayed behind after the job was done to clean up any mess that was left by the sub contractor. He really cared and did an outstanding job which is becoming more rare these days. Appreciate him and his colleagues.
Had a minor issue in my unit and got the chance to meet our new maintenance manager, Juan. He was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. So grateful to know the maintenance team is led by someone so helpful and attentive!
Bran is the Man, very professional and has patience… he represents the company with high standards and professionalism… Just recently moved in very nice place, neighbors seem friendly and really like seeing the security walking around in the evening hours lots of amenities, really like the secure parking and the views are amazing, great place to live.
Having lived in this building for four years, I offer more than a superficial review. When I first moved here, it was a reasonably clean, well maintained facility. Over the last four years, that had changed substantially. The entire building is in need of major cleaning and renovation. Fur instance, during an early season emergency heat warning, we have gone the weeks with a completely broken AC system. Management tells us that the vendors aren't responsive for new parts.
