There is no nicer place to live than Eagle's Peak in Windsor. I would strongly suggest that you make an appointment to tour this beautiful property!

I have lived at Eagle's Peak for over 3 years, and I'm very happy here. The staff is absolutely the best. They're there when you need them, they're hard workng, responsive, always planning for fun activities and are a blessing. The apartments are really nice with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fireplace. I also love that I can get out of my apartment, especially on bad weather days, and go to the great room for coffee or to socialize.
My husband and I have been here since February 2020. When we first saw the apartment we have been living in it was love at first sight. We face West/!Southwest, when the sun shines it is warm and oh the sunsets. We may miss the sunrise but the sunset s make up for it. Management is outstanding from Rebecca to the rest of her staff. It is nice to have a place where someone else is responsible for fixing broken toilets , mowing grass, and shoveling the snow.
