RecommendedEverything! I’ve followed Katie Decker from Steadman Hawkins years ago. By far the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I go every three weeks and whatever is out of line gets put back into place painlessly and effortlessly. Everyone in the office is pleasant and efficient.
Katie is an amazing Chiropractic provider. That is where this good review ends. For over 8 months I have had to fight with Dr. Decker's practice because of their incorrect billing, they basically overcharged me about $20 every visit. Although they have a contract with Anthem, (my insurance) Diane (office manager and mother) refused to honor it and became verbally aggressive with me and my insurance representative and even told my insurance company they did not understand medical billing and coding. Dr. Katie Decker and her team are incredible. I was in an accident years ago and still suffer from residual pain in my back and neck. Katie helps me stay adjusted which helps manage my pain.
I credit Dr. Katie, Mechele and Becky for helping me make the best return to full range of motion after my shoulder joint replacement, and months of feeling little progress. All the practitioners here are so kind, caring, and knowledgable. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Decker is a miracle worker. Her team is extremely professional, kind and passionate. I am a client for life - there is no where better than this!
