RecommendedLove the community and the area. Nice and quiet compared to where I was before and super friendly staff, especially Angie. I like how close everything is and easy to get to- gas station, Kroger, pharmacy, entertainment and especially the airport. My apt faces the DART rail and honestly, I never even hear it. I never really hear any noise or see anything security wise that bugs me. I like the amenities and the pool area is nice.
Posting for a friend who wanted to remain anonymous: “Industrial feel and high ceilings were cool, but overpriced for what you get IMO. Paper thin walls; my neighbor complained anytime I turned on the TV. It’s bordering the DART and thus some sketchy places (car alarms going off at night & my own vehicle broken into once), though convenient to Parkland. CONSTANTLY doing construction and management sent a billion emails that weren’t actually descriptive or helpful about the disruption caused. Friendly staff though! Ultimately... read more
Love living here !!!!! It’s quiet and the Neighbors respect one another. The office staff is phenomenal !! And we had a fantastic CARE TEAM 😊
