Not as good as it used to be. Disappointed after many years of great memories.
When I walked into 52 Stafford, I immediately fell in love with the decor. Irish pub, said the sign. It delivered on dark wood, sturdy tables and chairs. The bar gleamed; the stained glass windows sparkled. The menu was simple (since I was there during the lunch hour, the menu was shorter than the dinner menu), but had a decent variety for lunch. Great specialty drinks (Try the Irish Cola or the Irish coffee with Bushmills) and good variety in luncheon menu. The poor female bartender was a perfect hostess to our adult family!
We have ALWAYS had delicious meals here. We love the ambiance and...the root soup. 😀 We are regulars and recently stayed overnight here as well. It was wonderful!

Absolutely the best lamb shank I've eve had. The hotel was built in 1894 and is great, staff is great, Randi the bartender is fantastic.
Great stay at 52 Stafford..friendly staff, beautiful room. Robin and Tyler went above and beyond! Will definitely return!
Great hotel with lots of character and history. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is awesome! The live Irish music on Wednesday was great. We had an amazing time. We would highly recommend 52 Stafford!
When you have an Incredibly unique entree' selection, warm service & a great atmosphere, you have 52Stafford!! Keep up the great everything. True diamond in the rough!!
