So disappointed tonight. Service was terrible in every way. Took over an hour to get our food which was the wrong order for both. So more waiting. Had to ask for silverware and napkin, water, check. Had to wait again. Fish was extremely salty and greasy. No coleslaw, dried out bread. Table next to us had issues too but at least had a better server. Not busy so don't understand. Everything we ordered was delicious. My boyfriend’s entree was a bit cold, but the friendly staff totally compensated. Even though it was cold, it tasted great and they gave us free desert/drink. I recommend and would return!
First off the room was nice and we were comfortable. We had dinner and it was a disappointing experience. My Guinness pot roast was got but my potatoes were cold and my husband ordered the pork tenderloin....it's was served to him RAW the outside was cooked but when he cut into it it was RAW! It's a cool place, I just like "New". I'd bring my wife and friends here for dinner and drinks but I prefer a hotel with a gym and room refrigerators.
We had a really great time. The food was excellent and the Irish music was a lot of fun.
