Sucks. My deposit refund was a joke. Hired a maid service and was still charged $200 for maid service. Charged $400 for "paint" when they literally said not to paint the walls when you move out, and I cleaned the walls top to bottom for like an hour AFTER a maid service cleaned. The washer and dryer combo doesn't work (a bunch of people.in my complex shared this issue) and the shared units are always broken or stealing your money. EVERY BAD REVIEW IS TRUE. I have been living in Austin apartments for 8 years, and I’ve stayed in 6 different apartment complexes across North and West Campus. This is the ONLY time I have ever felt the need to post a review for one of them. This is by far and away the WORST management company I have ever seen during my time in ATX. Holy moly batman. This is my second review due to worsening conditions DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE PEOPLE, STAY AWAY. They do not care about your safety, they do not cate about your health, their entire prerogative is to pinch every cent out of you they can while doing as little as they possibly can to actually do their jobs. Every photo I am posting is “POST” inspection, and when I asked for a document detailing the inspection, I was refused and told they do not share this information with tenants. These people are slumlords -- avoid at all costs if you are a renter. They do not care if you are living with rats, roaches, or if the walls are literally crumbling with mold -- their only concern is squeezing every cent from you that they can. RUN!
