Awesome Property MGMT Co. Metro512 has managed multiple residential properties for over 35 years. Wonderful staff and Mgrs. Very fast response to maintenance, renting and occupancy issues. Very fast response to phone inquiries. Handles maintenance request extremely fast. No issues with any Metro512 employees. All very friendly, courteous and professional. Best Property MGMT Co. in Austin by far. I would recommend highly. I will continue to have this Co. as my property Mgr. for sure.
Since day one, Gary DePinto has been very helpful, truthful, friendly, and overall a true professional. Don’t use them, they refuse to return your deposit at all cost. We hire a professional cleaning company as required and now they are using pictures before we move in. They are keeping $1300 so now we are filing a law suit small claims. Do yourself a favor and DONT use them.
Always refuse to return the deposit!!
