I had a very disappointing experience at 51 Trailridge Crescent. After living there for two years, I was charged nearly $1,000 for what I believed was a very small patch on the kitchen platform/countertop that could reasonably occur through normal wear and tear. lived here for almost 15 years. with family and 3+ years in my own apartment. convenient since it was close to the UTSC campus. The ceiling to floor windows were a big plus for me (which according to the window repair guy will be removed- TBD). On the ground management is friendly but upper management is not (helene tisplat or something). make sure you know your rights as a tenant or she will try to shortchange you. i sank 2k when i first moved because she wouldn't do anything about a smoking issue in a no-smoke building. bu... read more
