A very nice, quiet place to live. The property managers/staff and maintenance workers are amazing. Every complaint, concern, or maintenance issue ive had has been addressed. Ive never felt unheard or like they didnt do their best to remedy it. They always respond quickly and are incredibly sweet and friendly. The community is pretty quiet and laid back. Hey all! Just wanted to write a quick note here about this place. I’ve been here for almost a couple of years now, and it’s nothing short of fantastic! The staff is amazing and very hospitable/enjoyable to talk too, and the units are epic! I actually was searching for a place and my roommates were the ones that did the tour, but I said, “I trust you guys will find something good.” I walked in my first day not knowing what to expect on move in, but I was blown away by the quality of place and the amenities. If you have questions on the apartment make sure you call and talk to a real person, they have AI running all there messages and told us the wrong information wasting our time coming in. This is the issue with business' using AI and not doing the worst themselves. Otherwise the location is nice but that was definitely bothersome
Management refuses to do anything about people smoking Marijuana and allowing their dogs to urinate on the common area hallway carpet, the stairwells and garages. Management will also go into your apartment without warning and conduct a full inspection of the apartment.
Worst property management ever. DO NOT live here
