Roach Central! I think this is my first review ever because I think I am quite laid back and let stuff slide, but this is one of the worst tenancy experiences I have ever had. I do have to say that Katie the property manager (former?) was reasonable with me throughout the process so I do not fault her for most of the issues listed. A very nice, quiet place to live. The property managers/staff and maintenance workers are amazing. Every complaint, concern, or maintenance issue ive had has been addressed. Ive never felt unheard or like they didnt do their best to remedy it. They always respond quickly and are incredibly sweet and friendly. The community is pretty quiet and laid back. Hey all! Just wanted to write a quick note here about this place. I’ve been here for almost a couple of years now, and it’s nothing short of fantastic! The staff is amazing and very hospitable/enjoyable to talk too, and the units are epic!
