This apartment complex gets worse and worse every year! The management is terrible and does not respond to emails. The complex grounds are LITERALLY CONSTANTLY COVERED in dog waste, so if you're thinking about moving here, I would think twice. And if you have a dog that you'll need to take outside, be prepared to tiptoe through all of the dog waste - it is E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E. I like it so far very clean you have enough space and quiet environment
I’ve lived at 50Twenty for two years now and I love it. It’s gorgeous here. The apartments are modern, the grounds are beautiful and the amenities are stunning. The office staff are friendly and they have really fun community events. What I appreciate the most is how timely and helpful the maintenance staff is. I highly recommend living here!
We signed a lease in December over the course of 5 months we grew increasingly annoyed with management. Repeat work orders. Cheap parts. I even became an employee for fiduciary in hopes I could contribute to a better experience. After 2 months I learned it was time to move on. From Childish leadership to unprofessional experience. So I quit and they terminated my 18 month lease, raising my rent from 1950 to 2500 for our 3bed unit. They gave me an illegal 15 day notice July 15th to resign our lease or move out.
