My first time receiving an oil change here was great im excited to come back for the next one. Abe an Harris had awesome customer service made my day an made sure I had what I needed� I've never seen the technology they have any where else. I recommend all to come get an oil change here!

Usually I have no issues, but today I received bad service from Tony. I was pulling my car in and I apparently was not cutting the wheel enough when he was waiving me in and Tony said really loudly "apparently this doesn't mean to cut your wheel." My window was down. I heard it. He was being an ass. He had an attitude the whole time. Very disappointed.
Asked them not to fill anything, just do the the oil change. So what does he do? Fills the power steering fluid as well. I pulled over to check the level after I left. Yep, it was overfilled. So I had go get a turkey baster to suck some ps fluid out until it was at the right level. That took an extra hour out of my day. Not to mention that maybe they really don't care about my car.
Good customer service drives customer loyalty, and the greatest test of good customer service comes not when things are going right, but when they've gone wrong. Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer to this business for many years, I have found the their loyalty to me as a customer only applies when things are going right. When my car was recently damaged by this facility, they chose to shirk responsibility rather than do the right thing for a long-time customer. I won't go back. They do half the job. They will lie to you about the work. They don't grease your suspension. Over priced. Negative 5 stars
