Sales consultation went great. Installers arrived on time and it was an 8 hour install. Problem started when they discovered old flooring was glued down and not nailed down. This caused a significant amount of time to remove old flooring...most of the day. Floors were installed and looked great. When reviewing installation, the shoe molding was not stained evenly and looked hastily done. I did complain.
