I really don't have a problem.Donating and saving other people's lives but when other people make the environment crazy with their bad attitude makes a person don't want nothing to deal with this place along day of work
Very rude people and they poked me wrong and no flow for hours with my sign going off it never took me 3 hours with no help
Phlebotomist suck. Took four of them to just find my vein . Had me on a broken machine and just kept turning it off and on to try to get it to work . When was unsuccessful they offered to stick me again in the same arm or defer me . I have never had a problem donating plasma . I will not recommend. Worst place to donate in Amarillo tx
