I had a wonderful experience working with David and Stephanie to sell my rental house. I knew from the start that this would be a challenging sale due to the location of the house. All went as smoothly as things can go from 500 miles away. If there were problems I was notified promptly & we remedied it. Specialists/contractors were recommended & hired for me. While selling is a stressful process, I know that it was lessened considerably!
Dave Shirlin impressed me the first time I met him. I promised him I'd list with him when I sold and I did. Dave sold my home and provided expert service & counseling throughout that entire process as I had moved 750 miles away. I couldn't recommend a better professional than Dave.
I am a contractor and David Lee has listed and sold numerous homes for me. When I was buying and remodeling homes he would locate homes, help negotiate pricing and sell finished product. I am currently building new homes and David has help locate lots to build on. He has done the research to determine what areas would be best to build homes for our company.
