I am not the type who writes online reviews, but when I am afforded exemplary service by an organization, I think it's important to let others know that there are places of business that do good and do well. My father is 94 years old, lives in an Independent Living Community, he is old school and set in his ways. He has been extremely reticent to accept any form of assistance from anyone, even his family, and much less so from a Home Health Care Agency. 5 star did an excellent job of providing the perfect caregiver for my mother and navigating the long and winding road of long term care insurance. I would recommend their services when needed.
The support that 5 Star provided to my parents was incredible! The aid was sweet, patient and caring. My parents loved her, which is often half the battle!
5 Star Home Care is the only home care organization I would recommend. I have been responsible for both my parents and my father in law and the care givers from 5 Star were kind, knowledgable, and so very caring. Scheduling was easy with them and if a change was needed their response was immediate. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care for my loved ones and therefore for me. I am thankful!
