Johnathon and Victoria were amazing. I love their outgoing personalities and they did an extremely professional job cleaning my chair, couch and carpet in 4 rooms. Everything looks great and smells good. They were very efficient and explained the process to me. They kept me updated as they were progressing through the job. I would definitely recommend these two again. I am posting a picture of one of the cushions before cleaning and the results after cleaning. Outstanding job!!
We are very pleased with the service we received from 5 Star. We had our ducts cleaned by Johnathan and Victoria in Ooltewah. They were both knowledgeable and did a professional job.
BEWARE! We chatted with an employee about coming to clean the air ducts in our home. He asked 2 questions and got the location information. Rescheduled the tech twice before he came out and when he finally did make it, they wanted to charge us hundreds more $$$$ just to clean what they came to clean. He then requested that we pay a trip charge even when they couldn't do the work. I have emailed, called and messaged on Facebook with no response. They want your business BAD but they're customer service is HORRIBLE!
