5 STAR CLEANING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM!! Showed up in a random van. No decals or anything to show they are legitimate. No brochures or business cards. Tech could barely spoke English and did an awful job. Charged me 29$ per vent to clean and sanitize. Roughly $500 (17 vents) just for that. After inspecting the work, they only cleaned 9 vents and didn't put vents back on 4 of the ones they cleaned. Messaged the owner, asking for someone to come out and finish the job. Johnathon and Victoria were amazing. I love their outgoing personalities and they did an extremely professional job cleaning my chair, couch and carpet in 4 rooms. Everything looks great and smells good. They were very efficient and explained the process to me. They kept me updated as they were progressing through the job. I would definitely recommend these two again. I am posting a picture of one of the cushions before cleaning and the results after cleaning. Outstanding job!!
We are very pleased with the service we received from 5 Star. We had our ducts cleaned by Johnathan and Victoria in Ooltewah. They were both knowledgeable and did a professional job.
BEWARE! We chatted with an employee about coming to clean the air ducts in our home. He asked 2 questions and got the location information. Rescheduled the tech twice before he came out and when he finally did make it, they wanted to charge us hundreds more $$$$ just to clean what they came to clean. He then requested that we pay a trip charge even when they couldn't do the work. I have emailed, called and messaged on Facebook with no response. They want your business BAD but they're customer service is HORRIBLE!
