Truely a 5 Star Car Wash I highly recommend this car wash to everyone. I own an '89 Ford Tempo and despite the fact that its just a little "bucket", the employees treat it the same as they would a BMW. My car always comes out clean. Not to long ago I even got a polish and now my little Tempo is shining and looking almost brand new!
Very dishonest... I am truly disappointed THIS CAR WASH IS AWFUL. They broke the drivers side mirror on my car, tried to HIDE the fact that it was broke (by never telling me) and then DENIED they had anything to do with it. When I went back to ask them about it only ONE employee could speak English and she was not customer friendly. I understand accidents happen, but the blatant dishonesty by their employees truly shocked me. Top notch I get my car washed and detailed at 5-star and have always found their service to be excellent. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have detail services that go beyond what i expected.
Excellent I have been taking all my vehicles here for over 7 years, but have tried other car washes in the area. I find that their service is excellent from both the car wash and their detail shop.I can get a full service wash in about 15 minutes. The car comes out clean and shinny and no streaks on the inside or outside windows. Other car washes leave streaks most of the time. I would highly recommend this establishment for any one looking for a quality car wash.
