Five-Star recently repaired our hot water heater and air conditioner through our home warranty service. Five-Star's technicians, in each case, were friendly and professional; and thoroughly explained the repair process. Five-Star also helped us navigate some unforeseen issues with our home warranty service with the hot water heater. Overall...we were pleased with our experience with Five-Star.

Was assigned them twice by American home shield and let’s just say it couldn’t be worse. Is 5 star even licensed? Absolute joke and a scam from both 5 star and ahs home warranty. Really hope they get shut down as a business so no one else gets ripped off!

We were assigned 5 Star by our home warranty and they did great work (which is a surprise for home warranty work) on our hot water heater and leaks. Would not hesitate to contact them again for work.

Hands down, these guys are the best! Had a huge plumbing issue with my sewer line, sump pump and French drain, a lot of work. All my systems were improperly installed. They came in and fixed everything the way it is suppose to be for a reasonable price and very efficient. All the guys Brian, Dan, Darryl and Dave are all awesome! Very nice and professional.
