Excellent service of dirty mini split cleaned and sanitized looks brand new. Nick the service tech was well versed in taking the unit apart and professionally cleaned the unit making sure not to let water and chemicals get anywhere inside our house even wiped his 👣's off the floor. Request Nick
This is years overdue. We have two homes next to each other in Key West. Our service from 5 Star has always been excellent. The reason I'm writing this review is the Sunday after Christmas all our children and grandchildren came to the house for our annual trip. The pool heater was not working , our grandchildren's favorite thing. Jesse W. Came out to repair it with his children watching a movie on their I Pad. He and 5 star will never know our appreciation.
Had Nick come out and service some split units at a house & he was not only professional- but clean! He also taught me some stuff about split units I didn’t know !
