Do I recommend? YES!!! Came home Friday afternoon (of course!) to unit running, not cooling. Upstairs steamy at 87 degrees. I called my servicer of three years at 4:37 PM, all techs on their last jobs, can come Monday. Is that okay? NO!!! Found 5 Star Air with on line search. Was not an existing customer. Called them at 4:44 PM. Tech arrived at 5:49 PM. Diagnosed and fixed bad capacitor and was done by 6:24 PM. Slept cool and well. Am I switching servicers? YES!!!
There’s a reason the company name is 5 Star! Sent technician out within an hour and had the problem fixed. He made sure I had all my questions answered and felt comfortable before he left. Very friendly and fast service!
