I was able to get scheduled on a weekend to get something fixed on my ac. It was not an emergency, but I definitely had some issues I couldn't figure out. Nicholas C. figured out the issue within 10 minutes of arriving. He went above and beyond in explaining things to me on what to do next, and how I wanted to go about fixing the issue. I decided to put a deposit down on a replacement part, and get scheduled on one of the coming weekdays. He fixed the issue as stated a couple days later. Nick is the guy, he’s professional, personable, does great work, is responsive and is the best in Key West
My daughter and son n law had some work done today on their air conditioner . I was here, babysitting my grandkids while he was doing work on the air-conditioning Nick was so good and very knowledgeable right off the bat he knew exactly what was going on with the air conditioner.
