Always had good experiences with this company. Had them clean my coils a few months ago, Joel did a great job. Today had a capacitor in my outside unit die. Jesse diagnosed and replaced it in less than an hour, on a Sunday evening. Outstanding work.
They showed up on the appointment date and took care of our ac right away. Nick was able to diagnose and solve the problem with our af compressor within an hour of arriving.
Nick was able to assist me with an AC issue that we had trouble with for a few weeks. He got the job done in 4 hours, highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things. I had four HVAC contractors look at my unit, and all four said I needed to replace the whole unit with the lowest quote being $4,200. In comes in 5 Star Air...Nicholas Carmichael was the technician and he troubleshooted everything which lead him to a faulty wire under the house. He fixed the problem, and the unit has been running strong for the last 6 months. I am extremely happy to have gotten more life out of the unit!
