If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have gone here a few times. My most recent visit one of the technicians drilled my nail in the same spot which caused a major break in my nail. 3 days after having my nails done two of my nails (one of which was the one that was cracked) ripped off from doing the simplest everyday things. It ripped my natural nail almost entirely off and caused major pain/bleeding. I went back to have them removed and also in hood to get some sort of refund from my previous appointment.
