My 16 yr old son came to Moline looking for a 1990's trans am, and found the perfect car at 4th avenue. They worked with us, and soon he was driving home in his dream car. It's been 6 months, and he still loves it! The only thing he did was give it a once over with our local mechanic, gave it an oil change, and put a stereo in it. We purchased a Toyota Highlander from this dealership in late 2016. After getting it home we discovered it had some issues that were causing the check engine light as well as other warning lights to be on. After a call to Josh, he said to bring it over anytime to be looked at. Since we are 1.5 hours away we took it to a local shop but they couldn't find the issue. I purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago and they are NOT like the other smaller dealer lots in the area. They have fair prices on quality cars, and an honest and knowledgeable staff. I will likely look here first for future car purchases.
We just purchased a used Lexus for our son. We came from Iowa City because of the extraordinary customer service we received via phone and email. The car was very clean and well maintained. Two weeks later we found out it needed a new alternator. I called them and they offered to pay for half of the cost. If we were in the QC they would have fixed it free of charge. I was very pleased with the customer service because they didn't have to offer to pay for anything. We will definitely return to purchase another car!
I just purchased a used Lexus from Isaac and the 4th Ave team. I couldn't be happier with the transaction. Isaac always answered his phone, answered all of my questions, and walked me patiently through every step of the buying process. I would definitely buy from him again!
