The staff at 4Marq is beyond unprofessional. And their regional manager doesn’t like people of color.
We have lived at 4Marq for a year and the building and staff who run it are top notch! The building is beautiful and well maintained and the staff who run it (Jane, Jamie and Bri) are personable and willing to go the extra mile to make 4Marq feel like your home. The overall culture of the building is friendly and welcoming. The community events that are put on for the residents are excellent and a great way to building community and truly get to know your neighbors.
