Was very excited with this place, considering it was close to home. They seemed very organized and the staff looked professional. So I set up 12 sessions of pitching lessons with them, unfortunately, the center has not honored the remaining lessons I already paid for. We only got 7 lessons in and the remainder of them (5) they still have not honored. It has been 3 1/2 months and nobody even attempts to call or make any scheduled appointments. I take it as a loss for them. I'll take my business and team elsewhere

Apostles of Tom House, Anthony and the 4D team have helped my son increase strength, flexibility, balance, and pitching velocity. They regularly attract a committed group of professional and aspiring pro athletes to Tues. & Thurs. clinics. Sessions are intense, but mostly self-directed by the athletes. Professionals are inclusive, encouraging, and inspiring to younger aspirants. Good guys @ 4D!

My son played for 4D - NY SWARM for 3 seasons. The off season strength, conditioning and training is the best around by far. Definitly not for the casual ball player as it is very intense, but worth it for the teenage player wanting to take it a level above. Although my son is not a pitcher, the pitching training is also top notch. AY knows his stuff.
