Really good employees at 480T. Never had a problem, can't see ever needing to call on any other company. I'm sure our Group Termites hate them. But we thank them every time.
Great company to work with. Was able to get us in with short notice. The teck was very professional and took the time to educate me. I would recommend 480-Termite to everyone.
The owner is a liar..state law CEU hours..his techs don't attend..he thinks that he is above other companies..doesn't send his techs to those classes..putting customers and families in potential danger by not keeping up with new ways and chemicals that are part of this class...shame on you. signing off on their paperwork. Who learns anything if they aren't sitting in front of an instructor ? You are putting people in harms way
480 Termite and Pest did a termite inspection for a property that we had in escrow. The inspector said there were visible Sub termite "stains", which is true. However, he completely failed to note the more than obvious evidence of previous treatment. I spoke with the inspector who said he did not see any treatment which is an impossibility as it is so clearly visible you could see it from 25 feet away.
