When I was moving out, i did a walk through with a manager at the office and was told I would get my "refundable" deposit back minus required carpet cleaning. Then a few weeks layer, I got my deposit notice and they drummed up fake charges so I wouldn't get back a penny. I lived there alone for 6 months and it was spotless. The manager said it was cleaner than his housekeeping crew does it. So if you want to get screwed over, this is the place for you.
Do not recommend even on my worst enemy. They insult you, and treat you like garbage. This place will be shut down in a few years I'm sure. Everyone will leave and they will be wondering why. They lost our renewal of a lease. We're actually breaking our lease. Buying out of it. This place is not worth it even being free. everything was great until April 2017 then I start receiving move out letter on my door every month . even a man knocking down my door like crazy which wake up my kid and talking bad in front of my kids to let us know that we need to move out the end of the day . I being getting call from my daughter every month at work worry asking me was going that we have to move out when we were doing our payment on time and on July we had enought and we decide to move out do to all the mess that they have with they employee not knowing ... read more
It nice place to live peacefully, and it also affordable
Too expensive with hidden fees, unorganized management, loud above neighbors, it looks nice because they remodeled, but once you live there you can tell how old and poorly made it is. Had mice as well.
