Many better places with better prices around. No one picks up after their dogs. Dogs are off leash and will attack you. Lots of crime and not much lighting at night. Many of the things you’re forced to pay you will not be able to use (parking spot, valet trash, etc)
Recommendedit amazing place to live I absolutely love it here the only thing I don't like is when people don't clean up there dog poop me and my daughter stepped in it . other then that I had amazing experience when I asked for maintance they come it amazing place to live
I love living at 47 Seventy Settlers Point. I've lived here for about a year, I have no complaints. Super friendly staff and for the most part nice and considerate neighbors.
People steal our packages, ruin our flowers. garbage valet sometimes doesn't come get our garbage. In gym bathrooms rarely has soap or toilet paper. The sidewalks do not get shoveled when it snows.
DONT RENT HERE ! MY AC HAS BEEN DOWN ALL SUMMER AND WHEN I ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE SOME GUY WHO DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH ANSWERS AND YELLS AT YOU TO CALL THE OFFICE. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived at , and to top it off due to the fact that the AC DOESN’T WORK AND HASN’T WORKED ALL SUMMER I’m still paying $300 for Rocky Mountain power. Unbelievable .
DO NOT RENT HERE!! Maintenance is absolutely horrible, and they only give excuse after excuses. My washer & dryer has been down OVER a month. The maintenance manager contacted me and apologized over and over again, explaining the previous maintenance guy was let go. He assured me he'd be out to my unit to fix the problem, and he'd leave me a note at my door indicating he'd been there. When I got home, NOTHING had been done. No note was left, the front panel of the unit was still hanging open with the wires showing and parts ... read more
