Elevators have been taking turns being out of service and “fixed” for over 2 years now! The last elevator they fixed was stated to be done in early August and they’re still not seeming close to finishing it at all. Kind of embarrassing for Rockrose and a huge turn off for current and future tenants.
One of the best homes I ever had, Alan shaker is the best made the move in process so easy.
Overpriced with roaches and black mold SMH
Let this be the main points - Roaches , Black Mold , and leaking your personal information online ( yes your social security number and financial information). Rock rose leaked their tenants data online , and didnt even let their tenants know. 1 bedrooms go for 5k , your better off renting on vernon blvd , the landlords there will charge u an actual reasonable price for rent without the black mold or roaches.
