One of the best homes I ever had, Alan shaker is the best made the move in process so easy.
Overpriced with roaches and black mold SMH
Let this be the main points - Roaches , Black Mold , and leaking your personal information online ( yes your social security number and financial information). Rock rose leaked their tenants data online , and didnt even let their tenants know. 1 bedrooms go for 5k , your better off renting on vernon blvd , the landlords there will charge u an actual reasonable price for rent without the black mold or roaches. I moved in this week to 4705 Center Boulevard, and I could not be happier. Alan, Ashley and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale property if life takes you to Long Island City (Queens) in NYC. First class all the way!
