I moved in this week to 4705 Center Boulevard, and I could not be happier. Alan, Ashley and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale property if life takes you to Long Island City (Queens) in NYC. First class all the way!
*** update 3. Once again only ONE elevator available for residents today (Sunday 3/8/26) ***update 2. Today there is ONE elevator available for residents (Sunday 3/1/26) ***updated post. Currently only 2 elevators working and have been waiting 10 min for an elevator to get out of this building on 2/28/26. 3 elevators came by and were already full. This building is horrible. Don’t move here. Kind of odd the influx of 4 and 5 star reviews in the past few weeks. It’s almost like people were incentivized to give positive reviews... read more

Luxury Pricing. Minimal Accountability. We moved into 4705 Center Blvd in 2021 expecting what was marketed as luxury waterfront living. What we’ve experienced over the past 18+ months has been prolonged operational instability combined with corporate detachment.
