My friend purchased a new Grey Wolf in May. Before he even took it on a trip, the electric cord that operates the slide out got pinched and wouldn't work. Service department said they ordered the part and they told him it was backordered. He finally called the manufacturer who checked the records and told him it was in stock and they had no record that the dealer even ordered it! So the manufacturer sent it to him. Anyone else buy a camper at the show in STL and still not heard anything about it?? It’s been over 8 weeks with no word and they’ve already cashed our $3K check! �
Horrible service. No calls ever returned. Cashed our deposit the day after I told em we had to think about it. Then 4 days later lied and said they would send check back knowing they had already deposited it. We did finally get our money back. We showed up to RV show on Thursday to be first in line and it took them 11 days to call me back. Would not recommend doing business with them.
