Do NOT live in this building - even if you're renting. It is filled with roaches and rodents. There are open trash bins in the garage that have a foul odor and attract rodents. The plumbing is old and decrepit, frequent water shut-offs, hot water is erratic. The elevators are frequently out of order. The management is competent and friendly but there's very little they can do with the failing infrastructure. The whole building needs to be gutted.
I would not recommend 4600 Condominiums. The management is virtually non-existent. They are hardly ever on-site, leaving residents with little to no support when issues arise. The building is falling into disrepair, yet condo fees continue to rise without any noticeable improvements in maintenance or service. The staff, particularly the desk clerks, are a major letdown.
