Probably the most flavorful meal I had while in Manhattan.
All was excellent, save my collards. I had buttermilk fried chicken with black pepper waffle with maple reduction and collard greens. I’m from the South. Collards are to be cooked with side meat or ham hock not merely blandly steamed or boiled. Service was excellent. Great value for price too.
