RecommendedFirst time eating there, had a great meal, all my fellow dinners loved the food. My order of short ribs melted in your mouth. Plus the staff are so attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a host of a different restaurant, that is saying something! I had the spareribs and loved this dish. Great service and atmosphere. We were only in NYC for four days and so glad we ate here!
Loved every thing about 44 & X. Spent some time chatting with the owner Bruce. The food and service were outstanding. Very creative. Highly recommend.

I always stop to eat at 44 & X when I am in NYC. It is a slice of heaven! Marc, the host is charming, gregarious and delightful! Servers Bruno and Bronson process a dramatic and friendly flair! The macaroni and cheese 🧀 is always a favorite! When I am alone, I sit at the bar, and am always welcomed and entertained royally by the bartenders! I’ll be back!
