Responded very quickly
Responded to me but wasn't very forthcoming on providing answers to my questions. Asked specifically about bottom price and never received a starting quote. I gave them my starting price and they never countered. Wasn't bad experience but wasn't spectacular. I suppose they want to work with someone local which I understand.
Very prompt
Dealer was at full retail and wouldn't budge until we made an offer. When we made and offer the next morning wouldn't consider anything unless we drove an hour plus back to them to "be sitting in front of them". We bought elsewhere.

Couldn't have been better
Fairly easy to work with. Didn't come down on price as much as I wanted but I have to admit the truck was fairly priced for our market, even though higher than KBB.
