The staff is great but the maintenance sucks! I am told the a/c is working fine but it is reading 79 to 82 degrees everyday..The first year we were here, they had a maints guy that took care of everything, no issue. Lately, it has declined. That is unacceptable and i cant recommend something i am not happy with.

RecommendedApartment and Staff: I have only just moved in, but I'm already extremely impressed! I've read some of the previous reviews and haven't had any issues with any of that so far. My apartment wasn't ready on the day of move-in due to a holiday. Before I even saw it, Ashley called me and filled in me. She allowed me to still sign the lease, access the apartment, and gave me the keys. I've been living here for almost 9 months after relocating to the area and it's been a great experience so far! I love my apartment, which really feels more like a home than an apartment given it's size and all the awesome features. The management team is incredibly helpful and communicates often and all of my service requests have been resolved quickly - usually within a few hours!
