Arrive Broadway Lofts looks more like a converted office block than a landmark until you realize it's the oldest high-rise still standing on this stretch of Broadway. A resident buzzing in held the door a second, and the vestibule smelled like new paint over old plaster.

I’ve had a very difficult experience living here, and I want to share what the past several months have actually looked like. The move‑in process started with confusion around a “$1,000 off first month” promotion that was later changed to $500 off a future month, and even that became a dispute when the time came. Maintenance and communication have been ongoing problems. Our dishwasher leaked water across the unit for about a month despite multiple visits and different explanations. Extremely poor communication on management’s end. Completed online application despite these horrible reviews and they changed quoted rent (additional 300+) immediately upon me submitting it. Taking as my second sign to go elsewhere. Property was ok looking, for anyone interested.
