I’ve had a very difficult experience living here, and I want to share what the past several months have actually looked like. The move‑in process started with confusion around a “$1,000 off first month” promotion that was later changed to $500 off a future month, and even that became a dispute when the time came. Extremely poor communication on management’s end. Completed online application despite these horrible reviews and they changed quoted rent (additional 300+) immediately upon me submitting it. Taking as my second sign to go elsewhere. Property was ok looking, for anyone interested.

This place is a total scam. They lured me in with a deal of “$1,000 off my first month of rent”, but reneged on that almost immediately, saying I could take $500 off my 3rd month. They still fought me over that when the time came. I live here with my friend and his 4 year old daughter. My girlfriend, who is handicap with no legs, can’t even rent a spot in our garage due to space constraints.
