Sara really came to my rescue!! After months of waiting for a medical document to come, that had been paid for 10 Jan 22, I still have not received it. Many emails & attempts to reach this other company by phone have resulted in me having no choice but to reach out to a new medical provider. Well has not been fun for me a person that has ptsd and Severe anxiety ...not fast at all the only thing fast was for them to take my money .and ever excuse why after 1 month still have not received my Prescription I call several times a week and have several excuses why I haven't received it ...called on Monday Sarah was to call me back after she looked into it today is now Friday and still haven't received a call from here ... I do not recommend this company at all ...unless u have nothing but time and don't mind excuses
