I went to the one in Mission Viejo, they literally use the worst techniques to get an answer out of you and make you feel like dog shit for doing things that helped you cope. There is also no confidentiality there. I told them things I never told anyone thinking I was safe, I wasn’t. They pressured me into talking about things I wasn’t ready to talk about in family and group sessions.
