Recently moved in to one of their properties, and I was shocked by how fast and responsive their management and maintenance teams were. I submitted 5 maintenance requests -- some of which took a lot of effort -- and they took care of everything within 24 hours. The system uses an app to record maintenance requests which has been excellent. This has been my best experience with a property management company ever. Highly Recommend!
