very professional, great follow up, second time they did work for me and an excellent experience.
This company is a joke, Maureen S***** came to my home on the first day of work and as soon as she got the check in her hand she was out the door. To make matters worse she would not give eye contact when speaking to myself or my husband and she smelt of alcohol at 9:00 in the morning. With multiple attempts of trying to reach out and contact her I never heard from her none of my calls where ever returned, and when I would contact the office the supposed office manager (lady with raspy voice) would always have an attitude. Maureen S***** was recommended to me by a friend. I had a remodel job I wanted to get completed. Maureen was very friendly and kind and seemed very thorough and competent. After her initial visit to see the house, I sent her all my design drawings, survey drawings and permit-related approvals. She returned with her team of subcontractors to determine the full scope of the job and said she'd get me a quote NEXT WEEK. That was 3 months ago! We are extremely surprised by this review. We make every effort to assist our clients with our needs. It is a rarity for us to not be able to assist our clients with the utmost of professionalism, accommodation and understanding. There are always a few that no matter what you do they just will not be happy regardless of the extra steps that you take for them.
