I've lived in this community for the past 8 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Being so close to Main Street while also having a secured parking lot in Manayunk speaks for itself. The maintenance team is outstanding - every response is handled quickly no matter the task, and Sovereign has always been very responsive, professional, and always willing to help with any issues. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking in the area!
This property is constantly a target for theft. To make things worse, Sovereign Property Management is awful at communicating and will not care to help you. Package theft, car break-ins, stolen bikes - it all happens at 410 Shurs!
